Forget the lettuce salad

Sometimes lettuce is boring! So I use all of the goodness to create this healthy fat burning salad. Ingredients: 1 avocado 10-12 baby carrots 1 cucumber 1 red bell pepper 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil add goat cheese or feta if that suits your fancy

Chop all ingredients and toss in a bowl - its good when you add some salt/pepper/spices to jazz this dish up. This dish will make you full...fast.
