"I believe the human body is meant to heal itself. I know this because I've experienced it time and again. I grew up on pasta, bread and then more pasta. Then I got sick. I learned the hard way on how to get my health back. I was sick, fat, tired and looking for a miracle."
My name is Nikki Jencen, and I help women find their inner beauty, love themselves, become happier, and to manifest their dreams. I do this by doing one simple thing: removing wheat/gluten from their life. I know it sounds crazy but when I first began my wheat free journey I was 30lbs over weight, a negative Nancy, and I was never satisfied with my life. I felt sick and bloated every time I ate. After a meal, I would vomit and my body would become completely depleted and fatigued. I didn't know what was wrong with me. Doctors did every kind of test and found nothing. That's when my mother advised me to try a gluten free diet. Since my mother has Celiac disease I was familiar with how to eat gluten free but what I didn't realize was that wheat is in EVERYTHING. So just to be on the safe side, I ate everything gluten free. I thought "gluten free" was healthy which now allowed me to eat: cookies, donuts, cakes, bread, pasta and bagels. I thought I was in heaven. Unfortunately, a few months later I was a hair away from becoming a type 2 diabetic. I thought going gluten free was healthier but what I didn't know was I needed to cut out all of the sugar, starch and grain out of my life. So I did just that. I cut out all grain, sugar, starch and anything artificial. I was clean eating all the way. When I'm asked if I'm gluten free, the answer is "yes, of course. I'm naturally gluten free because vegetables, meats, and fruit will never contain gluten". I have devoted my life to learning about the human body and what we as humans need to survive and live vibrantly. I've boiled it down to 3 simple things we need: 1) organic food/water 2) love 3) movement. These 3 simple things changed my life and now I dedicate my life to helping others heal their lives too.
I'm looking forward to working together,
